Who We Are
Fit Property Limited, trading as Fit Property Land & Planning, is responsible for your personal information (the "controller" under UK data protection law). We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15141939. Our registered office is 23 Epwell Road, Birmingham B44 8DE. Who We Share Your Information With
- Land Profits. They are our planning partner. If you want to go ahead and your land may be suitable, we share your contact details and the details of your land with Land Profits so they can assess it and, if appropriate, fund and run the planning work. Their team also help us print and post our letters. We share only what is needed.
- Service providers. Our website host and form handler (Netlify), our email and file storage provider (Google), and our solicitors and accountants, where they need it to help us.
- The authorities. Where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information. Some providers, such as Netlify and Google, may process information outside the UK. We use providers that apply the safeguards UK law requires for those transfers. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, or restrict how we use it
- stop using your information for letters or other contact, which we will do straight away
- give you your information in a portable format, where that applies

How To Complain
Please talk to us first so we can put things right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at the ICO website at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
